Frequently asked questions
How does the Business per-order fee work?
You top up your wallet by depositing to FBMart's bank or bKash, then upload a receipt. Once approved, your balance is credited. Each customer order debits the per-order fee from your balance.
What if my balance runs out?
Customers can still place orders — they're never blocked. But you won't be able to see customer details or fulfil orders until you top up.
What if an order is cancelled or refunded?
The per-order fee is automatically returned to your balance.
Can I switch back to Free?
Yes — switch any time from your wallet. Any remaining balance stays on file for when you switch back to Business.
